Defying Gravitea Celebrates One-Year Anniversary

(Pequannock Township, New Jersey)- Defying Gravitea, a gluten and dairy free bakeshop, is celebrating their one year anniversary. Gina Cassese, the owner and founder of the bakeshop, has made her vision come to life as she is able to provide her customers a comfortable and healthy eating environment. 

The bakeshop opened May 16th, 2023 and the community has shown nothing but love to this special place. The decorations in the bakeshop include purple colors, flowers, and custom-made wood to create a place that feels like home. Defying Gravitea is named after the famous song “Defying Gravity” from the musical “Wicked”.
