Welcome to the WMSC 90.3 FM online store (“we,” “us,” “our”), operated at wmscradio.com. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

1. About Us

WMSC 90.3 FM is the student-run radio station of Montclair State University. This store sells print magazine issues and related merchandise produced by WMSC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order on this site.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make a reasonable effort to describe each issue and product accurately, including page counts, format, and cover images. Because each issue is printed independently, minor variations in color or finish between what’s pictured and what arrives are possible and are not considered defects.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are due in full at checkout. Payments are processed securely through WooPayments; we do not store your full payment card details on our servers. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and will notify you before charging a corrected amount.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Receiving an order confirmation email does not guarantee that your order will be fulfilled. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to inventory issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, in which case you will receive a full refund. Once an order has entered production or shipping, it cannot be canceled or modified.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs (for international orders, if applicable), or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published in WMSC magazine issues, including articles, photography, layout, and design, is the property of WMSC 90.3 FM and its contributors, and is protected by copyright. Purchasing a physical copy does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, or republish its contents without written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use this site to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user’s account
  • Submit false or fraudulent payment information
  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WMSC 90.3 FM and Montclair State University are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
