This Sunday, Jules and Alyssa had the chance to chat with NOWHERE on The Underground Sound. Band members, David Curillo, Blake McNamara, Joel Curillo, Elias Garcia, Marco Curillo, and Jeremias Medina, came in to talk about all things from hidden talents and perfume to live shows and songwriting. Inspirations were another big topic of conversation on Sunday, and NOWHERE got to tell us about the song they find most inspirational: Queen of Hearts by Benches. “We heard it years ago when it came out… and we were so inspired to write something just like that, ” says singer David. Before the interview wrapped up, the band talked with our hosts about what the future looks like for NOWHERE. Bassist Marco said, “I want to play a festival… I don’t really care how big it is or small, just a festival would be nice.” In terms of the near future, NOWHERE announced they have a single titled “Girl By the Pool” coming out February 14th; which they formally announced on their instagram on Wednesday. On top of that, there was talk of an EP with some new sounds being released within the next year!
