Winners of the New Jersey Athletic Conference for the 5th consecutive season, the Montclair State Red Hawks have once again earned a trip to the NCAA Division III Tournament. Two years removed from a run to the Final Four that went through the Panzer Athletic Center, MSU will once again have the chance to host the first two rounds on their quest back to Grand Rapids.

On Friday, March 3rd, UMASS Dartmouth and La Roche will play from Panzer at 5 PM before Montclair State hosts Massachusetts’ Westfield State. The Westfield State Owls won the MASCAC title for the 2nd straight year to reach this point, entering Friday with an overall record of 19-8.

Montclair State enters Friday at 25-2, defeating Rowan and Rutgers Newark in the NJAC playoffs to earn the automatic bid into this tournament. The winners of Friday’s action will advance to the Round of 32 on Saturday.

WMSC Sports will have coverage of the Red Hawks throughout the tournament with live play by play right here on wmscradio.com!
