New Jersey Pride Chamber of Commerce Speaks at Montclair Pride 2024

(Montclair, New Jersey)- Out Montclair hosted their third annual Montclair Pride Festival on Saturday, June 8th, 2024. There were many people throughout the Garden State that attended the event, including many vendors. New Jersey Pride Chamber of Commerce was one of the attendees at the festival and highlighted how they have truly made a difference within the New Jersey pride community.

New Jersey is marked the first state in the country to provide a state-backed certification for LGBTQ+ owned businesses. John Traier, the VP of Finance with the New Jersey Pride Chamber of Commerce, spoke about the process and importance of recognizing LGBTQ+ owned businesses. The Montclair Pride Festival provided an outlet for organizations within the pride community to create connections professionally and personally.
