- Phillip Kwesiga is the Chair of the Department of Visual Communication Design and Multimedia in the Margaret Trowell School of Industrial and Fine Art at Makerere University in Kampala. Dr. Kwesiga has a Ph.D. in Art and Design Education as well as a MFA in Industrial Ceramics. He visited Montclair State University to study methods of management and problem-solving as part of running an academic department.
