The line was long outside of the Yogi Berra Museum at Montclair State University on Tuesday, May 3. This was because former NFL player Michael Strahan was holding a book signing event. His new book, “Wake up Happy” provides information on how to reach your dreams and how to stay positive. Strahan was a defensive end for the New York Giants until retirement in 2007, ending his career with a Super Bowl win. He then moved on to becoming a football analyst for Fox Sports and replacement for Regis Philbin on the morning talk show, “Live! with Regis and Kelly.” Together, he and Kelly transformed the show in “Live! with Kelly and Michael.” Just recently, Strahan accepted an offer for a full time position from ABC’s morning talk show, “Good Morning America,” causing him to leave “Live! with Kelly and Michael.” His book includes motivating advice, life experiences, and gives enlightenment to any-aged readers.
